Aesh the Dragonfly

This is my first game created with Game Maker. A side scrolling shooter, where you play the roll of Aesh, a dragonfly combating a bunch of insects through lush, green, garden like settings.

Go up against swarms of bugs and other critters on your quest to keep the gardens free of insects. Armed with a powerful Cerci (the last segment of a dragonfly's abdomen), capable of shooting plasma bullets and a strong armor plate on the Thorax to provide some protection. Try to make your way into the safety of your pond, but beware taking too many hits.
